1. “Vendors”, “Experts”, or “Freelancers” who offer their services for a time bound or task oriented duration, exclusively or otherwise for a fixed rate of remuneration charged by them;
2. “Agency”, which is an artificial legal personality like a Company or a Partnership, which includes a group of individuals that perform tasks of the same nature as those assigned to vendors, experts or freelancers.
3. “Clients”, who offer projects, tasks, opportunities, or accept a vendors’/agency’s offer of services for a fixed rate of remuneration which they pay to MRKT365.

1.1 Information You provide to Us:
When you use the Service, you may provide us with information about you. This may include your name and contact information, financial information to make or receive payment for services obtained through the MRKT365 platform, or information to help us fill out tax forms. When you use the Service, we may also collect information related to your use of the Service and aggregate this with information about other users. This helps us improve our Services for you.
- Personal Information: In the course of using the Service (whether as a vendor, client or an agency), we may require or otherwise collect information that identifies you as a specific individual and can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”). We store data collected through third party analytics providers, including but not limited to Facebook pages, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn by means of integration over secured API (Application Program Interface) only after the user has granted due authorisation. Analytical Information provided by these third party APIs, SEO issues, keywords, backlinks, and ranking data is used and stored to improve AI performance and recommend optimisation. None of this information shall be shared, published, or sold to market competitors or clients, and will not be accessible in public domain. MRKT365 uses this data to analyse and recommend optimisation to improve performance and use it for prediction and reporting purposes.
You may register to join the Service directly via the Service or by logging into your account with a third-party service like Google Mail that lets you sign in using your existing credentials with that service. If you choose to register via a third party service, or later link your account with the Service to your account with a third party service, we will use the Personal Information you have provided to that particular third-party service (such as your name, email address, gender and other information you make publicly available via that third-party service) to create your account. The information we collect from and through that third-party service may depend on the privacy settings you have set with it and the permissions you grant to us in connection with linking your account with the Service to your account with the third-party service.
In the future we might export anonymous, cumulative statistical data as insights for various industries and the User shall be notified of the same.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain information from you whenever you access or interact with the Service. We do this to improve services we offer you, and to improve marketing, analytics, and site functionality. We store SEO (Search Engine Optimization) issues, keywords, backlinks and ranking data to generate reports and show historical data. We use “cookies” which are data files that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use session ID cookies, which are short lived and expire at the end of your browser session (for example, to enable certain features of the Service, to better understand how the Users interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage by Users and web traffic routing on the Service). Basic User data is stored like the email address of the User, session ID, Vendor’s profile ID etc. We and our partners, affiliates, analytics, and service providers may also employ software technology known as “web beacons” and/or “tracking tags” to help us keep track of what content on our Service is effective and to serve relevant advertising to you.
We do not share, publish or sell any of the mentioned information with the public or competition of our clients.
1.4 User Profiles
Users may create profiles which consist of information about them, and may include Personal Information, profile picture, video, address, country, zip code, past employment details and portfolios, attachments including but not limited to artworks, documents etc. The User has complete ownership and title including the intellectual property rights with respect to their work displayed on the Website. We may display their work on the Website solely for marketing purposes with credits duly accredited to the User. User profiles of Experts are publicly viewable.
Details regarding the work done by the Expert through our Service include name of the project, timing of project performance, role description, skills used, links to videos etc.
If Clients endorse the work done by the Experts, then we collect information from them like their names, contact number, email address, ratings on each skill used by the Expert, their relationship with the Expert.
1.5 Messaging
Experts, Agencies, and Clients may communicate with each other through an inbuilt chat feature used within the platform to discuss the needs of the Client, work proposals etc. All chat threads and messages are stored in the database.
1.6 Testimonials
We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our Service, in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at mrkt365.com/contact.
1.7 Work Listings Through the Service
If you choose to post a work listing via the Service as a Client, the contents of such listing include information such as the company’s name, website, role description, location and timing of project performance.
1.8 Feedback
We collect feedback from Users about their experience with other Users of our Service. After the completion of any kind of work within the system, both the Clients and the Expert can give ratings to each other on several parameters.

2.Use of Information
We use the information we collect:
1. To train our AI (Artificial Intelligence) which analyses various accounts and industries to ensure that all Users of MRKT365 can efficiently utilise the predictions and recommendations provided by it.
2. To generate reports and show historical data.
3. To provide and improve the Service, complete your transactions, process your registration, verify the information you provide is valid, and for compliance and internal business purposes.
4. To administer and nurture our business relationship with you and, if applicable, the corporation or other legal entity you represent.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We reserve the right to disclose or share User Data or any information collected over the course of your use of the Service, without your prior permission and as permitted by law, that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to: enforce terms of service?

We employ third party service providers to provide assistance or facilitate the Service, provide the Service on our behalf or perform Service-related services provided by MRKT365. These third parties have access to your information in order to perform certain tasks. As of now we transfer card details of Users to ‘Stripe’ to facilitate financial transactions through our system. We shall also be using PayPal in the future for the same purpose and the User shall be duly notified of the same.
These conditions may be updated and continued usage of the service will be implied assent to the updated terms.
5. Security
We take commercially reasonable steps to help protect and secure the information that we collect and store about Users. All access to the Website is secured using pre-built stacks from our backend technology (Django); which covers:

We also use HTTPS strict transport security to add an additional layer of protection for our Users. 6. International Transfer of Personal Information
MRKT365 is a company incorporated in Canada, with its servers based in the USA. If you are located outside the USA or Canada and choose to provide information to us, MRKT365 transfers Personal Information to USA and Canada for processing and our service provider/s may process information in USA or Canada and elsewhere. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When we transfer your information to USA or Canada, we will protect it as described in this Privacy Policy.

All Users may request access to or correct/update any Personal Information we have about them or close their account and/or request deletion of all Personal Information we have about them. We will honor User requests to the extent we can reasonably do so and as required by law, but some information will remain on the Services, such as information you posted publicly or copies of information that has been previously shared with others on the Service.
